Mark Jeffreys
Founder & CEO

Prior to starting Mobile Agent Now in January 2018, Mark spent 20+ years at Procter & Gamble and Colgate Palmolive in Brand Management and Sales.

In his last role at Procter & Gamble, Mark was the Marketing Director on the Gillette business. In that role, Mark reinvented the Gillette social and customer service operation, which stepchanged response time and net promoter scores.

However, he also saw first-hand some of the challenges of large companies in responding to customer needs, which led him to conceive of Mobile Agent Now as a means to solve meeting customer’s increasing expectations and the opportunity that exists in mining customer data for actionable insights.

Heather Jarrett
Chief Revenue Officer

Heather spent 29 years at Procter & Gamble in various sales roles. Heather has led some of the largest teams in North America and sold some of the world’s largest brands such as Pampers, Always, Tide and Olay to some of the world’s largest retailers.

Heather brings to Mobile Agent Now the perspective of someone on “the client side”, but also an entrepreneurial spirit honed while selling some of the P&G professional products – opening up new channels to sales and innovative solutions. She is a solution seeker – creating value for clients in unique ways.

Chief Technology Officer

10+ years in tech, social media, and review management at large and small enterprises including at Clickable & LookSmart.

He has brought that expertise to designing a user experience that is simple and fast – enabling Mobile Agents to deliver speedy responses to customer reviews and social media comments.

Jennifer Adamson
Director of Quality Assurance

Prior to joining Mobile Agent Now, Jennifer spent a decade in higher education, as an English professor. She holds advanced degrees in English and Art History. Jennifer leverages her experience in education to train Mobile agents and ensure their responses to your brand’s reviews are of the highest quality. She also leads our corporate training, bringing the same dedication of quality and customer service to your team as she does to Mobile Agents Now’s team.
